Lisel is a passionate and driven Certified Environmental Practitioner, and the founder and Managing Director of Dynamic Environmental Services. Lisel applies her broad and thorough knowledge of environmental management and legislation to enable clients to meet internal and external goals efficiently.
Lisel expertly navigates challenges to not only solve the current question, but to develop effective processes and upskill your staff to set up your organisation up for future success.
Lisel’s resourcefulness and keen eye for detail will provide confidence that every project, from onsite inspections to desktop audits, Contaminated Land to weed management, and water sampling to land rehabilitation are managed with the utmost integrity.

Senior Environmental Consultant
Leanne is a Certified Environmental Practitioner who is committed to utilising her broad skill set to drive positive impacts in all aspects of her work.
Leanne possesses a comprehensive knowledge of environmental legislation and best practices, and has years of experience working in Local Government, oil and gas, and natural resource management sectors. Leanne has extensive experience applying her technical, leadership and business improvement skills in a wide range of environments, including both not-for-profit and commercial spaces.
Joe Hanna

Senior Engineer
Joe brings a range of engineering and town planning skills to Dynamic Environmental Services, having previous extensive experience as an engineering project manager and as a surveyor. Joe’s attention to detail is second to none, with a methodological approach to projects that leaves little to chance.

History
Dynamic Environmental Services began in 2015 when Lisel started supporting natural resource management (NRM) projects in her local Chinchilla district.
While her career grew in the energy and heavy industry sectors as an employee, Dynamic Environmental Services continued quietly in the background, focusing on delivering pest, weed and land management projects.
In early 2021, Lisel made the decision to focus on developing Dynamic Environmental Services full time. From there, the company has gone from strength to strength, and continues to grow.
